Kimberly Ficocelli is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 17 years of diverse experience in the industry and a consistent track record of transformative growth. In 2018, she co-founded Best Value Healthcare, a primary care group with sixteen locations and more than 40,000 patients, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial. Kimberly oversaw substantial membership growth and an expansion into central Florida before Best Value was acquired by Arsenal Capital Partners in 2020 to create MaxHealth.
As Chief Growth Officer at MaxHealth, Kimberly catalyzed membership growth of over 1,000% encompassing all value-based agreements (HMO, PPO, etc) and led the expansion of the business into the Florida Gulf Coast, Miami, and further density in Central Florida through a series of 12 transactions. She successfully led the business into taking PPO risk, expanding company revenue by over $50 million in less than one year, and continues to serve as a strategic consultant.
Prior to co-founding Best Value Healthcare, Kimberly worked at Chicago Pacific Founders, Aetna, and DaVita Healthcare Partners. She is a graduate of Florida State University.

This diverse experience has provided him with a unique perspective on the ongoing integration of these fields under various value-based payment models, positioning him at the forefront of industry evolution.
A staunch advocate for healthcare efficiency, Joshua is committed to identifying and eliminating wasteful spending – a mission driven by its direct impact on patient affordability and quality of care. His leadership has been instrumental in the success of numerous healthcare organizations, including Oncology Therapeutics Network, QuadMed Employer Health Solutions, Avella Specialty Pharmacy, and The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation, among others. In each role, Joshua has demonstrated an ability to develop strategic initiatives and guide teams towards effective execution.
A proud alumnus of Marquette University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Joshua applies the same dedication to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional endeavors. When not focused on transforming healthcare delivery, he challenges himself through endurance sports, including triathlons, and enjoys activities such as skiing and weightlifting.
